Each Tomelleri machine is supplied complete with a self-calibration program so as to carry out an accuracy verification and a possible a self calibration procedure so as to set the machine at its original accuracy. This can be done by means of a series of measurements on a certified gauge and calibration sphere.

Each Tomelleri machine come complete with a tube measuring program projected and developed by Tomelleri. The program works in Windows environment and the simple and direct graphic interface allows a faster accessing the functions using just the touch-screen pointer.

 

Although Misuratubi Laser has been optimized for tube measuring, it is an articulated arm measuring system so it can be used in other applications in which measurement, checking and certification of mechanical parts is necessary.

Each Tomelleri machine is supplied with a basic geometrical program able to carry out all the elementary operations such as: alignments, surface section scanning with sound drive, distances between points, lines, planes, plane and line, etc.

It is, however, possible to interface the machine to other geometrical and mathematical advanced software to satisfy different measuring needs.
